Consumer (Amiga) is now V1.1

I wanted to make a release package for Trans-Pennine Express, but before I could do that, I needed to remind myself how to do it. So I went back to the consumer tool, and came up with a way to install the font from within the tool itself, and I also made an icon to do this task externally.

The info on the disk log was spaced out a bit more, and total memory consumed is now printed on the disk log by default, or it can be switched off so the log looks more like Consumer V1.0.  

There is now a T button for Total. Pressing this will show the total memory consumed instead of Chip and Fast ram separately, on the screen log. The print log still shows all three values by default.

Clear Screen and Delete Log buttons added.
