Minor tweak 1.02.

This small fix includes:

• Removed the 'Lock' text on Game Over screen
• Easy and Medium Chain Gun ammo is now 97. (97+99 divides by 4)
• Fixed unlimited ammo on BOSS bug
• Instant death on 0 bullets.
• Added F1 to skip to just before the jeep on clearing that wave (test mode).
• Added F7 to skip to level 17 after clearing the wave, and make Boss appear (test mode)
• Added F10 to give the player 4 bullets only (test mode).
• Fixed some bugs with disconnection of timers (internal)
• Updated the version number in the Full Menu app to 1.02
